Class Description (A Note From Pam):

The following classes are abridged versions of the in-person, live PD Movement Lab class that I normally teach. While these digital classes can help you increase your range of motion, heighten your physical articulation, and move with a sense of ease, grace and coordination, they do not provide the full benefits of the in-person PDML class.

The sessions you will find below are set to a wide selection of music from acapella spirituals to Japanese taiko drumming. Some classes also incorporate vocal work. I’ve included a very brief description of each class in case you want to select a particular type of music.
