A Note From Pam
The following classes are abridged versions of the in-person, live PD Movement Lab class that I normally teach. They focus on helping you increase your range of motion, heighten your physical articulation, and move with a sense of grace and coordination. The sessions are set to a wide selection of music from acapella spirituals to Japanese taiko drumming. I hope you enjoy what is below, and to one day see you in my in-person class.
Keep moving,
Pam
